1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Skincare products (e.g., creams, serums, lotions)
  • Makeup brushes, sponges, or applicators
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., deodorants, hair oils)
  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the case.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days after product inspection.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange an eligible product for another of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
Shipping costs for exchanges (other than damaged/wrong items) are borne by the customer.

6. Return Shipping

For return or exchange requests:

  • You may be required to ship the item back to our return address.
  • If the error is ours (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return/exchange process after delivery.
